An assortment of fresh fish and vegetable rolls displayed with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.

Whole shrimp nestled in a Southern Comfort and peach cocktail shot with pickled veggie garnish.

Smoking Goose salami, olives, house-made rillettes, pickled apricots, salted almonds, honeycomb, bread and crackers appetizingly arranged.

A seasonal arrangement of imported and domestic cheeses with grapes, crackers, and crusty bread.

Lemon-basil hummus, babaganoush, and Lebanese garlic dip with carrots, celery, and pita chips.

Hearty cheese dip served with assorted salty bites, carrots, and celery.

Entrees

Seafood paella
Calamari, shrimp, scallops, crawfish, and whitefish. Saffron rice with peas, sweet peppers, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, green olives, parsley, preserved lemons, and carrots cooked in our giant pans.




Grilled beef tenderloin
Grilled to medium rare and hand-carved at the buffet. Served with handmade sauces (horseradish, whiskey-onion jam, and boozy cherry barbecue).

Cajun jambalaya
Shrimp, crawfish, chicken, and spicy sausage with rice, onions, and sweet peppers served in our giant pan. 

Whole local pig
Smoked over charcoal and hickory for at least 18 hours. Served with house-cured pickles and our handmade barbecue sauces (classic sweet, Carolina mustard, and boozy cherry).


Grilled porkloin
Slow roasted and carved. Served with a zesty ginger-peach relish and a boozy cherry barbecue sauce on the side.

Chicken souvlaki
Grilled skewers of the Greek treat accompanied by tzatziki sauce.

Grilled chicken breasts
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts grilled on-site over charcoal. Served with sriracha-honey glaze, Burton’s maple and stone-ground mustard, and handmade barbecue sauces on the side.


Asiago chicken
A family favorite with lemon, asiago cheese, and basil over boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Citrus salmon
Salmon filets glazed with a fresh lemon butter.

Risotto
Creamy risotto with grilled wild mushrooms

Meet Us: Vicki Schaffer

Meet Us
Vicki Schaffer



In 2014, Vicki joined our team as the Artisan Foodworks Catering Manager. Her 35 years of experience in the food service industry makes her an expert at managing events. Before working with us, Vicki was the owner and operator of the acclaimed Schaffer's Restaurant and Wine Bar in Edinburgh, Indiana. She also owned the All Ranks Club on the base of Camp Atterbury.

Her favorite thing about working with us is helping people celebrate their important events. It shows from this nice emails we receive from customers about her service. Here is a quote from one email. It was just great! We loved the food...Vicki was wonderful! from Kathy Brant.

Vicki's favorite Artisan Foodworks dish is the Asiago Chicken. Her favorite 240sweet puff is the Kansas City Rum Cake.

In addition to taking care of her grand-daughter, Vicki's hobbies include flower arranging and decorating. She also is an accomplished flutist, having made two guest appearances with the Indianapolis Symphony.

Seafood Selections
Seared ahi tuna carving station
Whole sashimi grade tuna loin, seared and carved to order. Accompanied by wonton crisps, Asian slaw, premium soy sauces, ginger dipping sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, and edamame.

Sushi assortment
Handmade rolls in variety that includes raw, cooked, and vegetarian styles. Accompanied by wonton crisps, Asian slaw, premium soy sauces, ginger dipping sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, and edamame.

New Orleans shrimp sauté
A family favorite of jumbo shrimp sautéed in real butter with garlic and herbs prepared continuously. Served with creamy goat cheese grits.



Lobster rolls
Fresh Maine lobster combined with handmade lemon aioli, celery, purple onions, capers, and parsley. Served on a toasted petite brioche bun. Accompanied by sea bean salad: crunchy sea beans, tri-colored carrots, sweet peppers, roasted onions, and a black garlic vinaigrette. Select for a 5.00 a person upgrade.

For the Meat Lover
Barbecue slider station
Select two of these delicious meats: pulled pork barbecue, chicken barbecue, beef barbecue, lamb barbecue, and vegan jackfruit barbecue. Served with petite brioche buns, sweet/spicy pickles, porkbelly baked beans, and creamy coleslaw.



Charcuterie platter
Smoking Goose salami, artisanally cured meats, olives, house-made rillettes, pickled apricots, salted almonds, honeycomb, bread and rice crackers appetizingly arranged.

Decadent beef tenderloin
Medium-rare beef tenderloin carved to order. Served with brioche buns and seasonal sauce assortment. Accompanied by crunchy pickled vegetables. Select for a 5.00 a person upgrade.  

Perfect Poultry

Maple Leaf Farms duck

Grilled chicken breasts
Sliced grilled chicken breasts accompanied by candied bacon bits, brioche buns, and seasonal sauce assortment. Served with cheesy corn.


Eat Your Vegetables
Vegetable carving station
Whole grilled vegetables carved to order with an assortment of sauces on the side. Served with couscous salad and brioche rolls with butter.

Heirloom tomato station
An assortment of multi-colored tomatoes carved and served to your guests. Accompanied by fresh basil, whole-milk mozzarella, vinegars, international olive oils, gourmet salts, fresh pepper, and crispy baguette slices.


Vegetarian paella
Saffron rice with peas, sweet peppers, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, green olives, parsley, preserved lemons, and carrots cooked in our giant pans.

Mushroom sauté
A blend of woodland mushrooms sautéed with garlic, onion, and sweet peppers cooked in our big pans. Served with baby spinach, bleu cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Take a dip in the Mediterranean
Lemon-basil hummus, babaganoush, and Lebanese garlic dip with carrots, celery, and pita chips. Accompanied by feta, dolmades, and Kalamata olives.

Incredibly Awesome
Jambalaya
The Louisiana favorite of crawfish, chicken, shrimp, sausage, sweet peppers, onions, tomatoes, and rice cooked together in our big pan. Accompanied by classic garden salad, garlic bread and assorted hot sauces.

Fabulous fruit palm
A fruit fantasy of a palm tree made from pineapples and studded with strawberries, kiwi, grapes, oranges, golden pineapple and seasonal melon. Accompanied by a coconut dipping sauce.

Macaroni and cheese bar
Super-creamy macaroni and cheese for a “build your own” bar. Mix-ins include crisply bacon, truffle puree, scallions, creamery butter, roasted garlic, pimentos, jalapenos, Ritz cracker bits, Cheetos, and jalapenos.

Imported cheeses
A seasonal selection of whole cheese including creamy brie, stilton, parmesan, cheddar, sweet country cheese, and more. Accompanied by grapes, strawberries, honeycomb, baguette slices, and rice crackers.

Mini dessert station
A seasonal Chef’s choice assortment of delicious small bites that may include French macaron, 240sweet marshmallows, mini cheesecakes, bar cookies, and amaretto stuffed strawberries.

Gourmet s’more on a stick
Assorted flavors of our award-winning 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows with everything needed for the perfect dessert: crushed graham crackers, ground dark chocolate, toasted coconut, nuts pieces, Chef’s Choice toppings, and skewers.
