Sam and Chef Alexa,

I cannot tell you what a fantastic meal that was! Everyone was so impressed that they were asking for business cards....during dinner! People have come to me throughout the last two days to tell me, that was the best meal they have ever had at the auction.

It was so stress free from the catering point that I had time to actually sit and eat. The appetizers were very eye catching and delicious. The chicken and beef were fantastic and the veggies were so flavorful. The bread was a HUGE hit, so kudos to the baker, but the s'more station, OH MY, people at my table were going back so often that I rarely saw them during the first part of the live auction! Guests were even commenting on the mixed berry lemonade!

Please tell your staff they are also amazing, smiling, friendly and interactive with the guests. I felt like I had my friends providing dinner for them and I knew after talking to Chef Alexa that it was going to be alright. That whatever came up would be handled in a stress free way.

Not sure what the next president has in mind for the auction next year, but you can bet that the bar that was set this year, can only be jumped by your delicious food and service.
I will highly recommend you and your staff for next year....who knows maybe I'll chair the catering committee!

Again thank you
for your wonderful service and if you would like to send me some business cards I would be honored to pass them out.  Please let me know if there is anything I can ever do for you, I would be happy to help.

Have a wonderful day!
