One hour of direct service.

500.00 minimum Monday through Friday. 1000.00 minimum on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that some days may not be available because or prior bookings.

20% service staff fee added to all buffets with service. 

Events more than 50 miles from our commissary may incur travel fees.

Ambrosia Salad

Last summer, our Let's Luau menu has been a bit hit. The most popular dish on the menu? Chef Alexa's Ambrosia Salad, her take on the classic holiday food. Several people contacted us for the recipe. Here it is!

Ambrosia Salad


1 can pineapple chunks, drained

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1 can fruit cocktail, drained

1 cup coconut flakes

2 favor packs 240sweet Very Vanilla Bean marshmallows, cut in half

4 oz sour cream

4 oz heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Combine pineapple, mandarin, fruit cocktail, coconut flakes, and marshmallows in a large bowl.

In a mixing bowl, add cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until thick and with peaks to make whipped cream.

Fold sour cream into whipped cream. Gently fold mixture into fruit and marshmallows.

Put salad in refrigerator for at least one hour.

Serve chilled in a pretty glass dish.
