Monday through Friday: 500.00 food minimum
Saturday and Sunday: 1000.00 food minimum
Holidays: 2000.00 minimum

One hour of direct service for every 50 guests included. If Appetizer Station added, direct service time increases by half hour for station.

Handling fee will be charged for service ware and foods not provided by Artisan Foodworks

Professional catering equipment rental included with pricing (including but not limited to cooking tools, salt and pepper shakers, chafing dishes, platters, serving utensils, and bussing trays).

Events more than 40 miles from our commissary may incur travel fees.

Indiana sales tax not included

10% gratuity will be added to final bill.

20% service charge will be added to final bill.

Tacos served on choice of corn or flour tortillas with bar of diced onions, cilantro, radish, jalapeno slices, queso fresco, lime wedges, house-made red and green sauces, and assorted hot sauces. 

Tacos and sides will be served from the Flaming Food Truck. 
A self serve taco bar is available next to the Flaming Food Truck with additional toppings and condiments.
